If you no longer want an add-on installed in your Google Sheet you can easily remove it.

Find the add-on you want to remove and click the vertical ... in the upper right of an add-on's tile under Manage Apps

1. Open the Extensions menu.
2. Choose Add-ons
3. Choose Manage add-ons
4. Find the add-on you want to remove and click the vertical ... in the upper right of an add-on's tile under Manage Apps
5. Choose "Uninstall" 
6. When prompted choose "Uninstall app"
