How can I get a refund for my Tiller subscription?

If you're canceling your subscription and you've already been charged for our service, but would like a refund, you can request a refund by emailing billing@tillerhq.com.

These messages make it to a special inbox automatically and our billing team handles the rest. It may take us a few days to process and send you a confirmation message. We appreciate your patience.

Refunds are not automatically processed. It usually takes 5-10 business days before you see the credit appear in your account. 

NOTE: If you closed the account associated with the charge please let our team know in the refund request as those need to be processed in a special way.
