If you need a refund all you have to do is ask. Reach out to support@tillerhq.com and let us know that you're requesting a refund. 

These messages make it to a special inbox automatically and our billing team handles the rest. It may take us a few days to process and send you a confirmation message. We appreciate your patience.

It usually takes 5-10 business days before you see the credit appear in your account. 

NOTE: If you closed the account associated with the charge please let our team know in the refund request as those need to be processed in a special way.
