First off, thanks for your patience as we come together for our annual all-hands in Seattle. We're a 9 person distributed team, so in-person time together is incredibly productive and transformative for our team. 

We're turning the chat off because we don't want to be overwhelmed or frustrate customers at slow response times or delays.
