Use this guide if you've recently connected new accounts on the Tiller Console and want to fill the data into an existing Tiller-powered spreadsheet or if you want to stop the flow of data for an account that is already linked.

From the Tiller Console

You can link and unlink accounts on the Tiller Console.

  1. Visit the Tiller Console at https://my.tillerhq.com

  2. Click on the name of the spreadsheet for which you want to link or unlink an account to expand the account selection area

  3. Check or uncheck the box for the account

  4. If you're linking a new account you'll need to open the spreadsheet and fill the accounts' data using Tiller Money Feeds.

Any data that already exists in your spreadsheet for accounts that you unlink will remain in the sheet. If you no longer want to see the data for that account in your spreadsheet use these steps to manually remove the data.

For Tiller Money Feeds

  1. Open your Tiller powered spreadsheet

  2. Open Tiller Money Feeds:

    1. Google Sheets: Open the Extensions menu at the top of your Google Sheet, then choose Tiller Money Feeds (near the bottom of the Extensions menu) and choose Launch

    2. Excel: Open and sign in to the Tiller Money Feeds add-in in Excel (under the Data ribbon)

      1. If you don't see Tiller Money Feeds under the Data ribbon, go to the Insert ribbon > My add-ins to open it

  3. Click -> next to [n] Linked Accounts at the top

  4. Click the triangle to open a drop down to display your accounts under an institution, then toggle on the new account or toggle off for accounts you no longer want feeding data into the sheet

  5. Click "Confirm"

Your sheet will update with data for newly linked accounts.

Any data that already exists in your spreadsheet for accounts that you unlink will remain in the sheet. If you no longer want to see the data for that account in your spreadsheet use these steps to manually remove the data.
