How to file a workflows issue ticket

Workflows issue tickets are for spreadsheet, Console, Tiller Money Feeds and other non-bank data feed issues.

Tickets can help our team gather the information we need in order to troubleshoot errors or broken visualizations in your spreadsheet or with the Tiller Money Feeds sidebar.

If nothing is broken and you're looking to ask a “how-to” inquiry or would like some recommendations from our team, please start a separate conversation so we can keep any necessary troubleshooting details separate.

Use the chat tool in the lower right corner of the Tiller Console at https://my.tillerhq.com to send us a message and choose "Something else"

Ticket details

When you complete the ticket form we'll ask for the following details. Some of these fields are required.

Spreadsheet Name

The name of the spreadsheet that has the issue if applicable. If not applicable (e.g. Hello, Money or Tiller Console issue) write N/A.

Spreadsheet Type

Spreadsheet platform (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) where the issue is occurring. or N/A if the issue is not occurring in a spreadsheet (e.g. Tiller Console or Hello Money).

Sheet name (tab)

Specific tab in your spreadsheet where the issue is occurring if applicable. (ex. Spending Trends sheet, Monthly Budget Sheet, Debt Payoff Planner) If not applicable, write N/A.

Issue Summary

Please share details about the issue or error you are running into. The more detail you can provide in your issue summary the faster we'll be able to resolve the issue. Please be specific and clear. Letting us know what steps you took before seeing the error are most helpful.
